Terms of Use

This updated version of the Terms of Use is effective as of August 1, 2026.

Welcome to the official website of Wuhan InRight Technology Co., Ltd. at www.inrighttech.com.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Site, including its Chinese and English pages, content, and online functions.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

1. Site Operator

The Site is operated by:

Legal Name: Wuhan InRight Technology Co., Ltd.
Address: 3F, Optics Valley Overseas Talent Innovation Park, No. 1 Jiayuan Road, Hongshan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China
Website: www.inrighttech.com
Email: mjwu@inrighttech.com

“InRight Tech,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the entity above. “You” and “user” refer to the individual accessing the Site and, where applicable, the organization represented by that individual.

If you use the Site on behalf of a company, institution, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

2. Nature and Scope of the Site

The Site provides general information about InRight Tech, its technology capabilities, products, services, solutions, applications, research achievements, and company news.

Unless expressly confirmed by us in writing, Site content:

  • Is not a legally binding quotation, offer, promise, or warranty;
  • Does not create a purchase, sale, agency, distribution, license, technical-service, or other contract;
  • Is not project-specific engineering, legal, compliance, or safety advice;
  • Does not establish that a product is suitable for your particular system, use, or regulatory environment;
  • Does not establish that a product has obtained a particular certification, approval, or safety-integrity assessment.

A purchase, sample, customization project, testing service, processing service, or technical collaboration is governed by the final contract, purchase order, quotation, technical agreement, specification, license, or other written document executed or accepted by the relevant parties.

Where these Terms conflict with a specific written agreement, the specific agreement prevails.

3. Product, Technology, and Performance Information

We use reasonable efforts to provide accurate information at the time of publication. Product, technology, and research information may change due to design optimization, process improvements, software updates, supply-chain changes, or commercial planning.

Unless an official written document expressly states otherwise:

  • Product images may be illustrations, prototypes, or different configurations;
  • Dimensions, weight, appearance, interfaces, spectral range, resolution, frame rate, noise, dynamic range, sensitivity, temperature range, and other specifications may change;
  • Test results, images, case data, and performance curves may be based on particular samples, equipment, optical systems, algorithms, exposure settings, temperatures, or laboratory conditions;
  • Actual performance may vary by batch, configuration, lens, illumination, environment, calibration, and system integration;
  • “Typical,” “target,” “expected,” “in development,” “coming soon,” and similar descriptions are not minimum-performance warranties or delivery commitments;
  • Translations, unit conversions, and formatting may contain non-material differences.

Before making a design, purchase, or integration decision, you should obtain the latest official specification for the applicable model and version and confirm critical parameters, availability, quality requirements, and use restrictions with InRight Tech.

4. Your Evaluation and Validation Responsibilities

You are responsible for evaluating the suitability of products, technology, and information for your application, either independently or through appropriately qualified professionals.

Your assessment should include, where relevant:

  • System architecture and optical compatibility;
  • Environmental, thermal, mechanical, and electrical conditions;
  • Software, algorithm, and interface compatibility;
  • Safety, reliability, quality, and redundancy requirements;
  • Industry standards, certifications, export controls, and regulatory requirements;
  • Risks of personal injury, property damage, environmental impact, or public-safety consequences.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Site content must not be used as the sole design basis for medical diagnosis, life-support systems, nuclear facilities, aerospace flight control, safety-critical road-vehicle control, weapons control, or another system in which failure could result in serious injury or substantial property damage.

Any such use requires prior written confirmation from InRight Tech and appropriate validation, certification, risk assessment, and contractual arrangements.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

  • Copy, modify, translate, adapt, publish, display, or publicly distribute Site content;

  • Using bots, crawlers, scripts, or automated tools for bulk access, copying, or downloading;

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where we reasonably believe that a security risk, unlawful activity, or breach of these Terms exists.

8. Submissions and Confidential Information

Personal information submitted through a contact form, email, or another ordinary Site channel is processed under the InRight Tech Privacy Policy.

Do not send the following through ordinary Site channels:

  • Unpublished inventions or patent concepts;
  • Process recipes, source code, layouts, or product designs;
  • Customer lists, supply-chain data, or trade secrets;
  • Export-controlled or confidentiality-restricted technical information;
  • Third-party information you are not authorized to disclose.

An ordinary contact form or preliminary business communication does not automatically create a confidential relationship and does not replace a separately executed non-disclosure agreement.

Suggestions, feedback, or general comments that are not marked confidential and are not covered by a separate written confidentiality agreement may be used to improve our products, services, or Site, provided that we do not identify you, violate applicable law, or infringe third-party rights.

You represent that:

  • You have the right to submit the relevant content;
  • The content is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing;
  • Submission does not breach contractual, confidentiality, export-control, or other obligations.

9. Third-Party Websites and Resources

The Site may link to journals, research databases, suppliers, partners, social-media platforms, video services, or other third-party resources.

Third-party sites operate independently of InRight Tech. We do not control their:

  • Content or availability;
  • Products, services, or commercial practices;
  • Privacy policies or use of cookies;
  • Cybersecurity or data processing;
  • Accuracy or legality.

A third-party link is provided for convenience only and does not constitute a recommendation, warranty, confirmation of partnership, or acceptance of responsibility.

You access third-party sites at your own risk and are responsible for complying with their terms and privacy policies.

10. Software, Firmware, and Downloads

The Site may make software, firmware, drivers, SDKs, sample code, documentation, or other materials available for download.

Unless the applicable page or file expressly provides otherwise:

  • Downloadable materials remain the property of InRight Tech or the relevant owner;
  • Use may be subject to a separate software license, end-user license, or open-source license;
  • A separate license prevails over these Terms in the event of conflict;
  • You must not remove license, copyright, or proprietary notices;
  • You are responsible for confirming version, compatibility, security, and suitability;
  • Beta, preview, or sample code may not be suitable for production use.

11. Export Controls and Sanctions

SWIR sensors, imaging systems, software, technical information, or related services may be subject to export controls, import controls, economic sanctions, or end-use restrictions imposed by China or another applicable jurisdiction.

You agree to:

  • Comply with applicable export-control, sanctions, and trade-compliance laws;
  • Not use Site content or related technology for a prohibited jurisdiction, party, end user, or end use;
  • Not circumvent licensing, filing, classification, or end-user review requirements;
  • Provide accurate and complete end-user, end-use, and destination information where required;
  • Not export, re-export, transfer, or disclose controlled items without required authorization.

Publication of information on the Site does not mean that a technology, product, or document may be exported, re-exported, transferred, or used without restriction.

12. Availability and Changes

For business, technical, security, or compliance reasons, we may:

  • Update, modify, remove, or supplement content;
  • Change the structure or access method of the Site;
  • Suspend or discontinue any Site function;
  • Restrict access from a particular region, device, or user;
  • Perform maintenance, upgrades, or security remediation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for content changes, temporary interruption, loss of data, or inability to access the Site.

We are not required to preserve a particular page, article, datasheet, or historical version indefinitely.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except where expressly agreed in writing or required by mandatory law, we make no express or implied warranty regarding:

  • Continuous, timely, secure, or error-free operation;
  • Completeness, accuracy, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose;
  • Continued product availability or conformity to a future specification;
  • Absence of viruses, vulnerabilities, or harmful components;
  • Non-infringement of third-party rights;
  • Achievement of a particular technical or commercial result.

Nothing in these Terms affects a statutory warranty or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InRight Tech and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and service providers are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss;
  • Loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, opportunity, contract, or anticipated savings;
  • Loss of data, software, or business continuity;
  • Loss arising from reliance on general product, technical, or application information;
  • Loss arising from third-party links, third-party services, or unauthorized network conduct.

Where applicable law does not permit complete exclusion, liability will be limited to the extent legally permitted.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or another matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, regulatory investigations, loss, or reasonable expense incurred by InRight Tech as a result of your breach of these Terms, unlawful use of the Site, infringement of third-party rights, or submission of information you were not authorized to disclose.

We will take reasonable steps to mitigate avoidable loss.

16. Privacy and Cookies

Our processing of personal information is governed by the InRight Tech Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy and the Site’s cookie settings explain how strictly necessary and analytics cookies are used and how you may manage your preferences.

The Privacy Policy forms an important part of these Terms.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in law, business operations, technology, or Site functionality.

The revised Terms will be published on the Site with an updated revision date. We may provide a prominent notice of a material change.

Unless applicable law requires otherwise, revised Terms become effective on publication or on the date stated in the revised Terms.

Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute relating to the Site are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law principles.

The parties should first attempt to resolve a dispute through good-faith consultation.

If consultation is unsuccessful, and unless mandatory law provides otherwise, either party may submit the dispute to a competent People’s Court at the domicile of Wuhan InRight Technology Co., Ltd.

This section does not affect non-waivable rights available under mandatory law in a user’s jurisdiction.

19. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement

If any provision is held invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.

A failure to exercise or enforce a right does not constitute a waiver.

These Terms and the referenced Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement regarding use of the Site, but do not replace a specific agreement governing products, services, or a commercial relationship.
