Wuhan InRight Technology Co., Ltd.
Wuhan InRight Technology Co., Ltd. (InRight Tech) develops and commercializes next-generation Colloidal Quantum Dot (CQD) SWIR imaging systems for industrial, scientific, and advanced vision applications.
In collaboration with leading research institutions—including Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), the HUST Wenzhou Research Institute, and the Hubei Optics Valley Laboratory—we have established a fully proprietary, vertically integrated technology stack spanning quantum dot synthesis, ROIC design, monolithic sensor integration, and SWIR system engineering.
Powered by our in-house wafer fabrication, testing, and advanced packaging foundries, we leverage CMOS-compatible manufacturing workflows to deliver stable, high-performance devices and rapid, custom SWIR system integration for global industrial and scientific clients.
Vertically Integrated Technology Platform
Equipped with an 8-inch pilot production line, a 600 m² Class 100/1000 cleanroom, and dedicated optoelectronic characterization and application validation laboratories.

2007–2020
Technology Foundation
Successfully developed China’s earliest indigenous PbS CQD-SWIR image sensors, establishing core expertise in quantum dot infrared imaging technologies.
2021–2022
Technology Breakthroughs
Achieved kilogram-scale production of electronic-grade quantum dot materials and completed tape-out of a proprietary 640 × 512 SWIR ROIC platform.

Company Formation
InRight Tech was officially established to accelerate the commercialization of next-generation CQD-SWIR technologies.
