A recipient that materially changes the original purposes or methods of processing must complete any required notice and consent procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><a>7. Children<\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Site is intended primarily for business customers, research institutions, professional users, and industry partners, and is not directed to children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
